MONEY and MEANING in THERAPY

‘Resistance finds the best hiding place’ (Gabbard, G.2010)

A morning’s workshop to explore the many different and subtle ways money is spoken about, or not, in our consulting rooms. What are our feelings and thoughts about money? What do we think and how do we work with this dynamic in the therapeutic relationship? How do we deal with the thorny issues of missed sessions, forgetting to pay and no money brought to the session, and setting an adequate fee? Whose needs are being met, the clients or the service? What are the technical aspects involved in thinking about and dealing with money?

Many questions to ask ourselves.
