We are an independent and registered charitable institution able to provide an affordable service because our counsellors and staff give their time and support either free of charge or at a reduced rate.  Our counselling work is supported by a professional and experienced clinical team and all our counsellors have all been trained or are in further training with a recognised training organisation and receive regular clinical weekly supervision.   We are, 

• Accredited centre with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and adheres to their Ethical Framework for Counselling Professions.
