Our areas of counselling expertise includes depression, anxiety, work-related stress, bereavement and relationship difficulties. We offer counselling for adults (individuals or couples) and young people (16-18 year olds).

We offer both open-ended as well as short-term counselling (6 weeks).

HOW WE CAN HELP..
