Description
A ten-Saturday course in couples counselling for qualified counsellors with a minimum of one-year post-qualifying counselling experience.
The course will be taught experientially and includes, partner choice and attachment theory and styles, stages of relationships and the impact of family systems, sex and sexuality, loss and grief in divorce, anger and emotional expression, the aging process, and blended families. It will also explore the implications of working in a triad rather than a dyad, including theoretical understanding and skills.

About the Trainer:
Dorothy Harte is a very experienced BACP registered counsellor and psychotherapist with more than 45 years in agencies and private practice. She is an intuitive and engaging trainer. She is also the Head of Counselling of Alton Counselling Service.
