Counselling Services

We offer open-ended or short term counselling with a professional counsellor. We start with an introductory session to see whether counselling might be able to help. You will then be offered weekly sessions with a counsellor, or if we are busy you may need to go on a waiting list.

Because we are a not-for-profit organisation and our counsellors give their time for free we can offer a very cost effective service. Initial assessment sessions cost £45 and weekly sessions cost £35 for a 50 minute session. You may be concerned about your ability to pay. If so you can always discuss this with us and we will try and agree payments which are within your means.
