ACS has been providing professional, affordable counselling to adults of all ages in the Alton area since 1974. Counselling is offered on a long or short term basis. People seek counselling for a wide range of difficulties. Counselling at ACS gives you an opportunity to explore any problems and issues you may have in a confidential setting with a counsellor who will listen and help you explore and understand your feelings. Seeking help isn’t a sign of failure. It’s simply a recognition that sometimes life gets too much and you need a non-judgemental, independent person to help you think things through.
